The 34 metre motor yacht Usele$$, jointly listed for sale by Merle Wood & Associates with Rick Obey & Associates, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Rick Obey & Associates.
Built in GRP by UK yard Sunseeker International, she was delivered in 2011 to an experienced yachtsman who took a close interest in both the exterior and interior design.
The interior is paneled in satin finished American walnut throughout and the furniture is in neutral tones, lending the yacht an aura of gentle elegance. Accommodation is for up to 12 guests in five cabins consisting of a master suite, two mirror image doubles and two twins with Pullman berths and all cabins have LCD television screens, Bose surround sound stereo systems and en suite bathroom facilities. There is also room for five crew in three cabins and a crew lounge area.
The saloon is spacious and is furnished with large sofas to port and starboard, a bar, entertainment centre and a custom dining table seating 10 guests. There is ample room for al fresco entertaining on the aft deck which has bench seating, six occasional chairs and a large high gloss table. Up on the flybridge is custom seating for up to 16 guests, a 40 inch television screen forward and a 55 inch television screen aft. Sunbathing in complete privacy is available on the foredeck, offering a sun pad, bench seating and a table. Twin 1,350hp MTU give her a cruising speed of 18 knots.
