The 24.8 metre motor yacht Aldenis, listed for sale by Dimitris Kiriazakos at Ekka Yachts, has had a price reduction of €100,000.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Ferretti to a design by Zuccon International Project, Aldenis was delivered in 2004 as a Ferretti 810 model and has always been privately used by her original owner. Her accommodation is currently configured as three cabins for six guests, while her port cabin currently serves as a gym and sauna but could easily be converted back into a fourth cabin. All cabins come with entertainment centres, television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities. A further two cabins can sleep up to four crewmembers aboard this yacht for sale.
The expansive main deck saloon has large settees to port and starboard in the lounge area with a dining area forward seating eight guests and a storage buffet to starboard for glassware, china and silver.
The saloon flows out onto the aft deck offering al fresco entertainment and dining at an expandable teak table and chairs plus an ice maker close to hand, while the flybridge has built-in upholstery and tables, sunpads, a cooking area and fridge, all protected by a hydraulic Bimini top.
Twin 1,525hp MTU diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 27 knots and she is fitted with bow and stern hydraulic thrusters.
Lying in Cyprus, Aldenis is now asking €850,000.
