The benefits of owning a superyacht are ample, but owners often struggle to spend enough time on board to make the investment and hassle worthwhile. In 2016, after experiencing these issues first-hand, Belgian yacht owner and serial entrepreneur Matty Zadnikar decided to do something about it and launched a stress-free ownership programme. Now, as SeaNet Europe continues to grow from strength to strength, it is the only company to exclusively offer co-ownership of the best-equipped Oasis 40M ever built.
Scheduled for delivery this June, the yacht is presented as part of SeaNet’s Matchmaking Service for co-ownership, which connects current yacht owners with like-minded individuals or families looking for a superyacht. There are 33.33 per cent shares available in the stunning new build, meaning a new owner could skip the current long lead times and spend time on board this newly delivered yacht as early as this summer.
The 40-metre vessel showcases Benetti’s modern design principles, with a strong emphasis on a constant connection to the water. The yacht features the patented Oasis Deck, which offers a unique stern layout incorporating a lounge area, large pool and unfolding bulwarks. The other extensive deck spaces include an impressive bow lounge and a well considered sundeck with an al fresco dining area surrounded by sunpads.
The yacht’s uncluttered modern interior continues to link indoor and outdoor spaces, with large windows creating panoramic views and allowing light to flood in. There’s accommodation for up to 10 guests in five cabins, including a full-beam master suite on the main deck. A neutral, calming colour palette is used throughout to ensure your eye is drawn to the surrounding scenery. The yacht will also be delivered with an 11.5-metre luxury chase boat Axopar 37 Sun-Top, ideal for watersports and heading ashore.
SeaNet’s double season policy means that all co-owners will be guaranteed cruising time in the Mediterranean during the summer and the Caribbean/ Bahamas or Asia during the winter. The yacht will also be managed by SeaNet’s Yacht Crew and Management service. To unburden the co-owner of stressful day-to-day issues that come with running a yacht, SeaNet’s management team operates globally to guarantee its fleet is managed, maintained and serviced to the highest possible standards.
To ensure that owners enjoy the ultimate service on board, SeaNet will also recruit and manage the crew. Operating with the mantra of “happy crew, happy owners”, the company offers a unique bi-monthly rotation programme. This policy has dramatically enhanced crew retention, ensuring all owners enjoy the same level of consistent service by a dedicated team
Zadnikar believes that his formula for yacht ownership is only set to grow over the coming months and years. “More yacht owners see the enormous financial benefit of yacht co-ownership, as well as the hassle-free ownership experience by completely unburdening the yacht, crew and hospitality management,” he says. “With our proven specialism in yacht co-ownership, all the owners only need to worry about having an incredible time with a complete peace of mind.”
