For the conscientious owner looking to reduce fuel consumption without sacrificing luxury, Custom Line has created the Navetta 30. The new 28.43 metre yacht has been purpose-built as the brand’s entry-level displacement model, but its modest size conceals generous interior volumes, sumptuous design and impressive performance at sea.
The Navetta 30 has been designed by Filippo Salvetti with a sporty and streamlined profile, characterised by a unique superstructure that features a shortened spacing between her three decks. Her racy exterior and defined hull make cutting through waves easy work, allowing the category CE and Class A superyacht to offer best-in-class, ultra-efficient seagoing performance.
Her intricate naval engineering allows a top speed of 14 knots with a range of 2,100 nautical miles at 10 knots, and she has been fitted with stabilising fins and sea keepers for total comfort at anchor. Intended to cover long distances efficiently, two MAN i-6 engines are outfitted with systems that minimise CO2 and NOX emissions with each nautical mile covered.
On board, Citterio Viel has penned the interiors to reflect a modern take on traditional maritime style. Her living spaces and five guest cabins for 10 guests reference classic design with curved lines, and a marine-coloured palette gently blends interiors with the surrounding sea. The ensuite cabins are light-filled thanks to vast windows and equipped with flatscreen televisions, while the master suite also has a dedicated study area. There are an additional three crew cabins for five crew members on board.
Surfaces are accented with carbon detailing, quartz fibre and glass for sophisticated lacquers and textures. These modern finishes are artfully blended with natural living materials like rich leathers, teak wood and nautical rope.
The wide body and 7.3 metre beam of the Navetta 30 also allows for voluminous deck space and plenty of amenities on board for the ultimate experience at sea. The upper and sun decks are connected by an elegant spiral staircase, and feature al fresco dining spaces and drinks bars offering uninterrupted views out to sea while entertaining.
A fold-out beach club means easy access to the water for guests, and storge is ample for water toys and tenders. For the best seats in the house, lounge chairs are situated at the bow of the yacht so that guests can experience the thrill of cruising while soaking up the sunshine.
The design of the Navetta 30 offers an innovative twist on Custom Line’s heritage values of seaworthiness and safety together with fully customisable comfort, making her instinctively recognisable while retaining the brand’s essence. The first hull was launched in late 2020.
