The Court of Bologna has fully dismissed the application for interim relief filed by KKCG Maritime that challenged the outcome of the Ferretti's shareholders' meeting on 14 May earlier this year. The development is the latest in the ongoing boardroom battle at the Italian shipyard group, with substantive hearings on KKCG's full legal challenge expected to begin in November.
