Antoine Althaus at Fraser Yachts tells me he has signed an agreement for sale on the 53.9m motor yacht Prima, a central listing with Stuart Larsen in an in-house deal.

Prima is a 53.90m ABS/RINA classed, MCA compliant yacht delivered by Palumbo in 2011 to a design by Hydro Tec and Tommaso Spadolini. This tri-deck superyacht can accommodate up to 14 guests in one master, one VIP, two double and two twin cabins, along with two Pullman berths.

She offers a range of 5,000 nautical miles at 12 knots with a maximum speed of 18 knots and a cruising speed of 16 knots. Power is delivered by two 2360hp MTU diesel engines.

Prima was asking €24.5 million.
